According to the public relations report of Behtam Company, Dr. Sahraei and the accompanying delegation visited the Behtam Company factory and met with the managers of the complex, where they were closely informed about the company’s activities and capabilities.

In this meeting, Mostafa Fereydounnejad, CEO of Behtam Company, presented a report on the company’s production, sales, and human resources status, and pointed out Behtam’s significant share in the country’s lubricants industry market. He also considered the diversity of this complex’s products in the automotive, industrial, grease, and antifreeze fields to be among the company’s strengths.

Fereydounnejad continued by discussing the measures taken in the field of human resources, adding: “Developing and empowering human capital is always a priority for Behtam’s programs.” A report on Energy Holding’s human resources was also presented, based on which the high satisfaction of employees, the implementation of the job classification plan, and the company’s favorable performance in the areas of safety, health, and the environment (HSE) were commended.

At the end of this meeting, the Deputy Director of Management and Resources Development of the Islamic Revolution Foundation, by attending the production lines, was closely informed about the production stages and industrial capacities of Behtam Company. While appreciating the efforts of the employees, he emphasized the importance of continuously improving the quality and innovation of products and increasing the provision of services to human resources.
